Dear colleagues!

We are glad to inform you about the new features of the platform. The Pilot Telematics team has developed new features that will help you speed up and simplify your work and improve your user experience.

So, what’s new in the version:

Get information about mileage with the new ODO function
ODO function is added to the «Report Designer». This is an odometer indicator that displays the current mileage. With the new ODO function, you can measure the distance traveled and automatically display this data in the report and «History» module when plotting a graph.

Added fuel card information

Open the «Cards» module and go to the «Transactions» section. Now you can view the fuel card information in detail and add the fields that make up a fuel transaction.

Create your own tab order

The new feature allows you to customize and choose the order of the top-level tabs.

 

Fuel sensor updated

New fields added to the «Fuel Sensor». «Refueling threshold» — indicates the minimum fuel level for refilling. «Draining threshold» — indicates the maximum fuel level at which it is necessary to start draining to avoid overfilling.

 

Added a template for user rights

Go to the Configuration section and select the Personnel and Groups tab. In the upper right corner there are the «Import» and «Export» buttons, with which you can download the necessary custom templates. These settings can be viewed in the «Display Settings» section. The function is available to users with «Master» rights.

 

Create a new notification in a geofence type

«No stop in geofence» notification is added for the Geofence type. If a vehicle crosses a geofence without stopping, a notification will be received.

Added a limit on the mileage chart

It’s a new feature in the «Analytics» module. On the mileage chart, you can now set mileage limits for the displayed objects. Click on the chart and the rankings of vehicles with set limits will be automatically displayed.

 

View objects within geofences

Click on the «Geofences» graph in the «Analytics» module, the «Show vehicles on the main map» button will appear. Next, the «Online» section will automatically open, displaying the objects in the list and on the map in the selected geofence.
 

Improved Report Builder

The ability to search for «Data» parameters directly in the «Report Builder» is added.

 

Draw a graph from the points

Go to the Configuration section and select the Personnel and Groups tab. In the upper right corner there are the «Import» and «Export» buttons, with which you can download the necessary custom templates. These settings can be viewed in the «Display Settings» section. The function is available to users with «Master» rights.

 

We have added a new «Filter» column. You can now filter values, for example, exclude records with zero mileage.

 

A new «Data» parameter has also been added «Active Days».

 

Set up working hours’ notifications

New notification settings are now available in the «Working Hours module». You can set up and receive notifications for night and daytime breaks, as well as driving time notifications.

Improved notification system

The «Notifications» pop-up window is now shown automatically, then you can minimize it or open it by clicking on the «Notifications» button. You can also clear the list of notifications.
 

Adding photos for objects

We have added the «Use photo» option. When you upload a photo to an object, it is converted into an icon and displayed in the list and on the map. You can upload photos yourself, or the system will offer you to choose an image from the global database.

Returned the icon movement on the map

When plotting «Fuel Report (sensor)», expanding the map, you can see how moving the mouse over the graph changes the location of the icon on the map.

 

Sending and receiving information with Webhook

The ability to send and receive the value of a sensor or sensors in Webhook is added.
 

Upload report templates through the administration panel

The ability to upload report templates created in the Report Designer through the administrative panel is added. To do this, select the necessary contract in the administrative panel and press “Upload templates to the Report Designer”. You can select several contracts and reports will be loaded for all users within the selected contracts at once.

Added new VPN and Atom camera indicators

Now you can set up and display icons of VPN connection and Atom cameras for each object. To do this, in the «Main» tab, in the «Online» section, click on the name of the table that contains the list of objects. Then go to «Columns», there are new columns that display the indicators of VPN and Atom connections.

Create a report by label

The function of grouping data by object labels provides more options for sorting and organizing data in the report, this function is intended for reports built in the «Report Builder».

Objects before the year 2000 are excluded from the list

We have excluded objects manufactured before 2000. By reducing the number of objects in the list, it became easier to search for the required object model.

We would also like to remind you that in the previous release, we implemented the mass loading of Wialon objects.

To upload objects from Wialon into the Pilot system in bulk, you can use the import function. This allows you to add a large number of objects simultaneously. This can be particularly useful for companies managing a large fleet of vehicles.

In addition to the above, we have optimized the system’s operation and fixed errors.
